Using the story of St. Patrick, Fr. Allen uses Psalm 126 to comment on the role of "arrow prayers," the role of prayer and worship as the "pedagogy of desire" and the counter-cultural call of Jesus-followers to re-enter the fray after their own healing and restoration.
