The Bishop's Visit.

Bishop Melissa inspired and calmed all of us with her sermon bringing together today's Gospel reading and the suffering of many throughout France in the last 48 hours.  There was a pot luck luncheon in the Hall after the service, then a meeting with Mission Council.  The Bishop commented during the luncheon on the positive, welcoming feeling of the congregation.  There has been growth in both the spirit and numbers of our community since her last visit.
